🏫 Educating for Obedience: The HR1 School System
Your kid’s digital behavior now decides their future. And the state is watching
And I'm back. Personal message as a footnote after the sign off..
Once again unto the breach, my friends, once again.. halfway there I promise.
When you teach conformity instead of curiosity, you manufacture compliance.
First, what’s been covered:
Where we’ve been so far:
Cluster 0
Cluster 1
Cluster 2
Cluster 3
Cluster 4
(Side note: I’ve been training a custom AI since EO #1. It double-checks my assumptions and flags bias—because this fight demands both fire and accuracy.)2
Where we learn, they legislate. Where we think, they standardize.
This latest cut in the HR1 Series exposes the silent seizure of our schools and universities—where ideological compliance is now prerequisite for opportunity. From the school bus to the science fair, from FAFSA to federal grants, education has become a proving ground for biometric loyalty and digital obedience.
🏫 Education: K–12 and Higher Ed Compliance Systems.
This is where pedagogy becomes policy—where biometric and ideological surveillance recalibrate what it means to be “qualified.” All entries retain full ledger fidelity: snapshot format, unchanged structure, grouped by domain.
🏫 “Digital Behavior Clearance” for College Internships
Change: Students applying for federally funded internships must pass a digital behavior audit.
Stated Intent: “Ensure responsible digital citizenship.”
Likely Implementation: DOE and DOL pilot in Florida and Texas; browser history and social media reviewed.
Backpedal Risk: Moderate. Framed as merit-based, but legal scrutiny rising.
🏫 “National Education Alignment Metric” for K–12 Funding
Change: Federal education funding tied to student ideological alignment and behavioral metrics.
Stated Intent: “Promote responsible civic development.”
Likely Implementation: DOE pilot in Texas and Florida; metrics reported via state dashboards.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Kennedy has defended it as “values-aligned education.”
🏫 “National Biometric Compliance Score” for FAFSA Eligibility
Change: Student biometric and ideological compliance required for federal financial aid.
Stated Intent: “Promote integrity and accountability in higher education.”
Likely Implementation: DOE and OMB pilot in Indiana and Georgia; tied to FAFSA platform.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Quiet rollout; Kennedy has not opposed.
🏫 “National Biometric Compliance Score” for College Admissions
Change: Colleges receiving federal funds must factor biometric and behavioral scores into admissions.
Stated Intent: “Promote wellness and civic responsibility in higher education.”
Likely Implementation: DOE pilot in Indiana and Georgia; tied to FAFSA eligibility.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Kennedy has praised it as “future-focused admissions.”
🏫 “Behavioral Risk Flag” in Public School Transportation
Change: Students flagged for behavioral risk may be denied access to school buses.
Stated Intent: “Protect student safety.”
Likely Implementation: DOE and DOT pilot in Texas and Georgia; biometric scanners installed.
Backpedal Risk: Moderate. Disability advocates mobilizing.
How many biometric checkpoints would YOU pass if they audited your teenage years?
🏫 137. “Digital Behavior Score” for Public School Library Access
Change: Students must pass digital behavior audits to access certain library materials or online databases.
Stated Intent: “Protect intellectual development.”
Likely Implementation: DOE pilot in Texas and Florida; browser restrictions enforced.
Backpedal Risk: Moderate. Framed as safety, but educators pushing back.
🏫“Digital Behavior Clearance” for Federal Science Fairs
Change: Student participants in federally sponsored STEM competitions must pass digital behavior screening.
Stated Intent: “Promote responsible innovation.”
Likely Implementation: DOE and NSF pilot in Indiana and Florida.
Backpedal Risk: Moderate. Framed as merit-based, but educators pushing back.
📢📢📢SOUND OFF:
Do you think education should be merit-based, behavior-based, or something else entirely? Why?
🏫 “Digital Behavior Clearance” for Federal Science Education Grants
Change: K–12 schools applying for STEM grants must certify student digital behavior compliance.
Stated Intent: “Promote responsible innovation.”
Likely Implementation: DOE and NSF pilot in Texas and Florida.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Quiet implementation; Kennedy has not opposed.
🏫 183. “Digital Behavior Clearance” for Federal Science Curriculum Approval
Change: K–12 science textbooks must pass ideological and digital behavior audits to receive DOE approval.
Stated Intent: “Protect scientific integrity.”
Likely Implementation: DOE pilot in Texas and Florida; tied to Civic Alignment Curriculum.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Quiet rollout; Kennedy has not opposed.
🏫 “Digital Behavior Clearance” for Federal Science Teacher Certification
Change: Teachers must pass digital behavior audits to receive or renew STEM teaching credentials.
Stated Intent: “Protect scientific integrity in the classroom.”
Likely Implementation: DOE pilot in Texas and Georgia; tied to Civic Alignment Curriculum.
Backpedal Risk: Low. Quiet implementation; Kennedy has not opposed.
They’re not teaching kids—they’re testing obedience thresholds.
Behavioral compliance is the new school uniform—tight-fitting and ideologically enforced.
From surveillance to suppression, from thoughtcrime to transcript, this isn’t just administrative overreach—it’s educational eugenics in real time. This is how they write ideology into opportunity. This is how they make freedom conditional on conformity.
And they’re not hiding it. They’re piloting it.
If you’ve been following the HR1 drop, you already know: this isn’t theory. It’s a full-spectrum redesign of civic life. We’ve seen the digital ID scaffolding. We’ve seen the biometric voting prerequisites. And now, we see the classroom as a compliance lab.
🏴☠️🏴☠️↪️Don’t feel hopeless though!!
We have to mobilize the resistance that culminates in the General American Strike (GAS), ASAP!! as emphasized by Michael Zeitgeist [linked here]
Getting there means going through the process of creating our own safety nets as you’ll see C. Ginge mentioning at every opportunity. We have a battle-tested path with the Upstream Alliance blueprint [linked here]
Breaking it Down-"Upstream Alliance"
I’m calling it the Upstream Alliance—because fuck trickle-down anything. This system has been pissing on us from above for decades and calling it rain. This? This is about climbing upstream and burni…
The next domain waiting to be dissected?
🚰 Environmental and Infrastructure Grant Conditioning.
Because even the pipes in your house are up for ideological audit.
If this made you feel some kind of way ( any is valid, feel your feelings), made you think, or add to your armory against fascism—

As an update on my previous post: turns out there are far less politicians than I thought I was going to be getting in touch with. I trust my instincts on who is definitely a waste of time. Likely any Republican for example.. They’re choosing to spend the remainders of their boot licking careers giving Donald Trump's inadequate and unloved chode the old hawk tuah. Even among Democrats, there weren't many I felt wouldn't just laugh at what I put an email body.. Turns out I can count them on two hands. I am still waiting to hear back from every one of them at the current moment I'm typing this..
Public education should be open equally to everyone 🛑
