*IF* the constitution survives this there’s no way that they will get the amendment because you’re not going to get 38 states to agree to this, +2/3 of both houses of Congress. That’s the question does the constitution survive?
I don't think technically that the constitutional survive.... And even then he's already threatening punitive action and leveraging help against governors like he did with Ukraine before it all popped off.. blackmail and extortion. That's what he does.
